Normal shelf life is 120 days if kept in a cool dry place, up to 6 months if refrigerated, and up to one year if placed in the freezer.
Do you offer "Gluten Free" products?
Yes, all of our products are available in a Gluten-free version. Free of gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, eggs, soy, nuts and corn
Flour mix (garbanzo bean, tapioca, sorghum, fava beans, potato starch), water, canola oil and salt
What are your box quantity options?
We have products in boxes of 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 cups.
Can we set up auto-ship and have our products delivered on a regular basis?
Yes, many churches use this option so they always have communion elements when they need them.
Do you offer discounted pricing for higher volumes?
Yes, the larger quantity that is purchased, the lower the unit price.
Can I order from this website?

How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed on line normally ship 1-2 days after you order. Shipping is done by UPS, so delivery time is dependent on your location.
What hours are your offices open if I want to place and order or ask a question by phone or E-mail?
We are open and available Monday Through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).
Do we get anything for referring new church partners to you?

Are your products recyclable?
Yes they are, depending on your community's recycling center. The cups are clear polystyrene and can be recycled. Check with your recycler for guidance.
